Cross-Posted at Fred2BlueBack in 2004, I would have told anyone that would listen that George W. Bush would go down as one of the worst Presidents in the history of this country. With news today that his approval rating has clocked in at a ridiculously low 19% (ARG), I'm really at a loss for words at just how gullible 51% of the country was a little over 3 years ago. So instead, I'll let the Free Lance-Star do the talking for me:
He will, we judge, persevere in Iraq and in the larger conflict with neo-barbarism. The country's economic foundation and, more crucially, its physical security are safer if he wins a second term, and we endorse his re-election.
