I can't believe he was only 600 votes from winning in the 28th District against Stuart :-(. Hopefully we can get the House of Delegates back somehow in '09; if only to prevent the Republicans from drawing the seats Northern Virginia is expected to win into weird shapes that go all over the place. Caputo's my rep in the 67th District and I'm so angered at how they managed to draw the district so it stretches all the way into Loudoun (it looks like a huge crescent).
