Phony Abortion Rights Survey?

I just received a phone call from a Boston phone number (617-536-9572) which caller ID labeled "BOTHELL,COMPANY". A recorded female voice said they were conducting a survey on "the abortion issue" and said to press 1 for "pro-life" and 9 for "pro-choice". I pressed 9. The voice immediately thanked me for my "pro-life" response and invited me to press 3 to help the cause.

I did a Google search and found out this has been going on nationally since at least September 2005, from more than one number in the same exchange. No one seems to have been able yet to tie it to any specific organization. I'm curious who might be behind it, and for what reason.
