Simpson could have been found not guilty of murder but then found by a civil jury to have "willfully and wrongfully caused the death of Ronald Goldman" (and ordered to pay $8.5 million in compensatory damages to the Goldman family)? Yes, yes, I understand that there are criminal cases and civil cases. In fact, I've served on both types of juries. But still, WHAT THE HELL? I'm sorry, but this is completely nuts. What do you think?
