Having run twice for delegate, Chuck understands, probably more than anyone, the importance of having a committee that is ready to support its candidates:  ready, when someone declares for office, with an identified base of Democrats to turn out at the polls.  Chuck understands the work that goes into getting that base, keeping it, and growing it.

Having worked with Chuck on his 2005 campaign, my husband (soccerdem) and I learned how intelligent and knowledgeable Chuck is and how so many people in Stafford County know him.  

Now if we could get Matt Harrison (his hardworking campaign manager in 2005) back into the Democratic Party things would be a whole lot better in Prince William County.
