Tonight the new Democratic Stafford County Board of Supervisors will be sworn in, as well as a much more moderate School Board that includes Patricia Mancini. But Price Jett Jr. is still challenging the results in court following his losing write-in campaign. As Patricia's husband Joe will tell you, the School Board controls 70% of Stafford County's total budget. That's why Boss Howell & Co. are spending a small fortune on lawyers to drag this out well into next year. Remember, Republican Dino Rossi challenged the results of his 2004 loss to Gov. Christine Gregoire (D-WA) until May of 2005.
