Nice concession speech by Kilgore.  Deeds still has a chance, according to "Not Larry Sabato" ("with precincts in Richmond, Norfolk and Fairfax County's record absentee count still waiting to report, he looks to have been elected").  Bolling is already talking about being "the opposition" to Tim Kaine "if he doesn't keep his word." Lovely.

As of 11:07 PM, Deeds has closed to 4,643 votes out of 1,878,202 cast.  Looks like "Not Larry Sabato" may be a genius!
