aaa bond rating

i read with astonishment,this mornings paper.how delegate kirk cox.touted our aaa bond rating,in the face of rising revenues in the state.is this the same kirk cox,that fought governor warner,every step of the way.to preserve that bond rating in the first place.now he of all people is going to tell us.we have to reject governor kaine's,economic policies in order to protect that rating he himself voted to not protect.is there any wonder why we as virginian's need to send these hillbillies back home this month.the current gop congress are the biggest bunch of hippocrytes.this state has ever had.please for all of our own good.vote these people out of office.if for no other reason than our own preservation
