We've got a great opportunity next Tuesday. Brian, we're right behind you!

I really hope we take the Senate and gain in the House, the Republicans have so damaged the quality of life here in Va.  I've fought the traffic and been to several 21/51 fundraiser's and written checks to a variety of democratic groups to support the win. Yet I am very discouraged.

In today's mail I got two postcards from Arlington democratic Board candidates Tejada and Hynes. And that's on top of a robo call yesterday from Tejada. And a couple of yard signs on my street for Sen. Whipple.

From what I can guess, they've just spend $1.50 or more on a voter who has never missed an election and never voted in a republican primary. Have we ever lost an election in Arlington? Or do they just want to see their name in lights?

Next time someone calls, I'll decline and give directly to a candidate who really needs it. I've been duped.
