This is great:

"We have more money that we are having trouble spending it." Aside from the bad grammar, the crowd didn't respond very well to Welch's "interpretation" of reality.
Ha, that's (unintentionally) hilarious...and the audience thought so as well. More money than we know what to do with? That's why the state has a $641 million budget deficit and Gov. Kaine has been forced to make cuts? Is Welch living in the same state as the rest of us? I don't know, but all I have to say is
