RK ARCHIVE - Back Room Deal: Rep. Davis and Gerry Connolly

Any of you guys know anything about the Secret Deal cut between Gerry Connolly and Tom Davis? Davis won't help Gary Baise in his race against Gerry; and in exchange Gerry won't help Chap in his Race against Tom's wife Jeannemarie Devolites Davis.

Proof is at several events the three have been viewed together happy as three clams or three peas in a pod. Also it has been reported that when Chairman Connolly or Rep. Davis is confronted about the eledge deal they both seem to blow up. (perhaps the protest too much)

This is also why Tom Davis won't get the GOP nomination to run for Governor or Senate. Republicans in Virginia are onto him and his skeaming ways. He hasn't been very loyal to his party or President, he seems to go out of his way to vote with Speaker Pelosi.

Tom Davis recently hosted a fund raiser for Baise. As far as peas in a pod...don't know. Do know there was one major event where JMDD got into a one sided screaming match with Connolly....Tom was not a happy camper....He and spouse left shortly thereafter. The big news was it was a history making event. Gerry Connolly was speachless.

That my friend is a LIE. Rep. TOmmy Boy hasn't done a thing for thew Baise campaign. If you look at the finacial reports he hasn't given a dime to gary. I am aware of the JMDD event but did you see connolly at the Fairfax City Parade he had all Democratic candidate stickers on but didn't have one for Chap Peterson? Do you think that was just an oversight? Also Gerry has threatened to keep people from giving Chap any money for his race.

When was this eledge fundraiser he did for Gary Baise? I will call up the baise campaign and ask them.

Face it dude both of them are slime balls Gerry and Tommy. Just look at the posts on Not Larry Sabatos blog.

As for lack of sticker at City parade, I volunteer at Chap's office and I just noted today, I don't have a Chap sticker on my car....Wow...I must be a closet JMDD supporter.
As for Gerry "threatened" people with respect to giving Chap money please, tell us how he does that?
Finally, I am not a "dude"....There may well have been a boy named Sue, but I sure haven't met a boy/man/dude named Mary.

That wasn't a Baise fundraiser Marry if you look at the Connectio article it says it was a Davis event where he invited all the candidates.

If you look at the finacial reports their hasn't been 1 dime sent by Davis to Gary Baise. While he has giving Correy Stewart 93000.

So, i still think thier is a deal a foot.
