So Much for Abuser Fees Making the Roads Safer!

The Washington Post reports: "Virginia State Police say the death toll on the state's roadways during the Labor Day weekend was the highest in a decade." Most common causes of fatal accidents cited were "inattention, speed, alcohol or inexperience."

So much for the "abuser fees" making Virginia's roads safer. Of course, that was never the point in the first place, but still...how lame.
