It's interesting that "party unity" scores for Frank Wolf and Tom Davis fell noticeably during the past year. What could THAT have been about?
(Presidential support scores on the "flip")

Support for the president falls off a cliff, except for Eric Cantor, Virgil Goode, Randy Forbes, Bob Goodlatte, Thelma Drake and John Warner.
P.S. Just for comparison purposes, Russ Feingold supports Bush the same percentage as Webb, 49%. Hillary Clinton's at 46% and Barack Obama's at 53%.
Webb truly is independently minded. He's not the President's man or Harry Reid's man. Some people may not like that, and as much as I appreciate it, I can't help but think that such ratings won't help in the VP nomination process.
