Next time someone in an suv heading south on 95 from Nova to richmond, It probably will be a legislator doing 90 on a cellphone arageing something political!

on my way to Richmond on 64 I was rolling along at about 70 mph and low and behold here comes this big Mercedes blowing by me-he had to be going at least 80. I glanced at the license plate and of course it was one of our esteemed delegates. I think every one of these clowns that voted for these fees needs to have their driving records made public. From both parties. And then figure out from what tickets they got how much money they'd have to pay under this new law. Bet it would be an eye opener.
